LeadManager sm

A web-based lead management program that integrates with CallTrack® call tracking and call recording to pop open a screen on a subscriber's computer for input of information about the call transaction. The screen is pre-populated with date and time, caller's telephone number, and other information that can be derived from the call stream. The operator then adds information that describes the caller's interests and concerns as well as followup information.

LeadPop ®

The online, CallSource input form that is described under "LeadManager," above. Whenever a subscriber receives a call on a CallTrack® local or toll-free number, the pre-populated form appears on the subscriber's computer screen, inviting and requiring completion of the lead information by the agent receiving the call. 

LeadScore ®

A CallSource service that reviews every call tracked and recorded by CallTrack® to determine whether it was a revenue opportunity or not. Filtering out vendor calls, misdials, repeat calls, etc. allows the accurate computation of cost-per-lead by marketing source and closing ratio by telephone sales representative.

Level 4 ®Training

Level 4 is the highest level of training evaluation. Level 4 means not just learning, but a change in behavior that generates business results. CallSource telephone skill training integrates with the easy-to-use, company-customizable, Our University®, learning management system.  

Notifone ®

A service that integrates with CallTrack ® call tracking and call recording. Analysts review recorded calls and rate the performance of a client's telephone sales or customer service staff. Based on industry standards and client scripts and practices, a report card is issued for each company, branch, and individual call-handler. Telephone Performance Analysis is a powerful tool for accountability and training.
